RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us at email@example.com or telephone +6012-9198094 to start the return/exchange process. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund.
We accept returns for the following:
Should an item not fit, we can resize it for you* within 90 days of purchase, resizing smaller or larger up to 3 sizes (e.g. between 12, 12½, 13) is complimentary. Charges will apply when resizing greater than 3 sizes. To reduce the chances of needing a resize, please look at our jewellery sizing guide here.
*some designs may not be resizable due to physical dimensions or proportions, please refer to our sales professional for more information.
We offer complimentary refurbishment on all jewellery once a year for 10 years. Charges are applicable for additional refurbishment services.

- Warranty Claim
We warrant that all our items will be free from manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection.
Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. ALTI Design PLT will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customers generally receive their refund within 30 days after the confirmation.
Malaysia & Singapore: Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days from the delivered date.
If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item.
If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.
All refunds will be completed within approximately 30 days of the return of the goods. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment.
Items purchased during promotional periods, exclusive campaigns/sales cannot be refunded for cash, credit or exchanged for other goods of similar value. Custom or special-ordered items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature of production.

How do I return my item(s)?
The preferred way is to drop it off at our showroom.
Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. If your return is for refund or exchange, please include any diamond or stone grading certificate(s). Certificates are not required for repairs and resizes. If the certificate(s) is missing, customers will bear the cost for a replacement certificate.
Our Jewellery Consultant is available to assist you for the return/exchange process.
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. Your return will be inspected by our quality assurance team. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. After inspection, your return will be fully processed.
Returns will be processed within 30 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Malaysia public holidays) from the date we receive your return.
Will there be any fees associated with my return?
Returns will be free of charge if you drop them off at any of our showrooms. You are only liable for any return shipping costs and insurance fees if you wish to receive the return is via courier.
